Deposit: $350 by cash or check. The deposit is non-refundable, if buyer chooses to cancel contract. Remainder of price is to be paid in cash at time pup is picked up to go home. I will keep pup until twelve weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made between the Seller and Adoptee.
Adoptee(s) hereby agree(s):
- To provide a safe environment inside a loving and caring home for the above-described pup for the remainder of its natural life. If for any reason, Adoptee(s) cannot continue to provide for the above-described pup at any time, she/he agrees to contact Breeder immediately to discuss other arrangements.
- To love, care for, and nurture and provide companionship for the above-described pup. Furthermore, Adoptee(s) agree(s) to maintain the pup within her/his household at all times and that the pup will not be loaned, leased, gifted or traded at any point in time.
- That, the above described pup will never be allowed to run freely outside; will never be sold or given to science for research; will never by given to or used for animal sacrifices; will never be used as food for human consumption or that of other animals; and will never be given to or used as, or in the training of fighting animals.
- To assume(s) all responsibility for health care and medical expenses, including but not limited to yearly checkups and vaccinations. Furthermore, Adoptee(s) agree(s) never to neglect to seek out competent veterinary care when the pup is ill or injured in any way.
- Never to (or allow another to) neglect or abuse the pup in anyway, and Adoptee(s) agree(s) never to (or allow another to) deprive the pup of food, water, shelter, affection or companionship.
- To have the pup described above neutered/spayed at his/her expense within the ninth month of age. Adoptee(s) also agree(s) to send proof of spaying/neutering. AKC papers will be given to Adoptee(s) after proof of neutering/spaying, i.e.: Copies of the medical papers from the veterinarian who performed the procedure.
Breeder reserves the right to phone and/or visit Adoptee(s) for the purpose of seeing the pup.
It is recommended that Adoptee have the puppy checked by your veterinarian within the seven days after receiving puppy in your care. This pup’s current veterinarian is the Pungo Vet Clinic. 757.426.6174
This pup/dog comes with a two (2) year genetic/congenital guarantee: Replacement puppy of equal or better value if the genetic problem renders the dog an unsuitable pet. This must be verified by a licensed veterinarian and in the case of death a necropsy report must be sent to the breeder from the veterinarian that performed the necropsy.
